You, readers and patrons of ManBQue, have questions about grilling. And honestly, it’s one of our favorite things to do to answer them. Especially because they’re often along the lines of “Can you grill X?” At one of the last events, a newer attendee was marveling at the variety of food, legitimately believing that the men of ManBQue could tackle any grilling challenge. “But,” he asked, voice lowering to a conspiratorial whisper, “do you think you could grill even a salad?”
The answer is a “hell yes,” delivered with wave of our Schlitz-clenching hand. It even passes MEATing rules – the vegetable is directly engaged by meat. In this case, it’s a dressing made of delicious bacon fat, with the accompanying bacon crunch.
